Do you have a story to tell? Express yourself through Glitch, a short film festival with an attitude! From wacky comedies to well honed suspense, from parodies provocative documentaries grizzly ‘gore’, animation, drama, horror films and science fiction, the Glitch accepts submissions of all genres, from all countries and in all languages. Whether you are a novice or an experienced filmmaker, with or without a budget, the Glitch wants to see and hear you!

The festival is divided in two categories, each of which presents original and innovative shorts of remarkable quality:

		This category is comprised of films with a maximum length of 10 minutes. For people who are full of ideas. Prizes with a total value of 2985$ US will be awarded.
		This category is comprised of films that are shorter than 3 minutes. For people with punch. Prizes with a total value of 2360$ will be awarded.

Note to the public: you’re exposing yourself to a delirious atmosphere!

By targeting artists from the independent scene and by selecting works which reflect the emerging spirit we wish to promote, the festival has built a loyal, increasing public which is always hungry for more! Leave your shyness at the coat check and join the group of happy spectators, well accustomed to clapping their hands and stuffing themselves with popcorn! We hope to see all of you at the sixth edition of the Glitch which will be held this coming fall!

In the meantime, in the comfort of your home, you can watch the shorts featured in previous editions of the festival which are available for online online viewing! There are 200 productions hosted for free on the festival’s website. A retrospective compilation of the last five editions is also available in the Glitch’s online store.
